About your guides

Brook Cheatham

Brook Cheatham has been a leader in the fitness and wellness community for the past 16 years. A busy mom of 4, lover of all thing wellness, and an advocate for change through service in our communities, her plate is always full of adventure and opportunities to share the love and gifts yoga and fitness has brought to her own life. 

You can find her at 6:00 am at City Yoga on Thursdays, or catch one of her many workshops, revitalizing retreats, or yoga teacher trainings.

Thom Allen, LPC, E-RYT 500

Psychotherapist and yoga teacher Thom Allen has been sharing his passion for wellness for more than 25 years. Students enjoy his unique style that is mentally stimulating, physically exhilarating and spiritually inspiring. With experience ranging from restorative therapeutics and meditation to an empowered yoga flow, Thom works with a variety of populations, from corporate executives and professional athletes to those with terminal illnesses and their caregivers. 

As a psychotherapist Thom does mindfulness work with a variety of clients to help bring life into balance for sustainable wellness. He is founder and president of the nonprofit organization Prana Project; a tribe of yoga & wellness individuals making a difference in our community, one action at a time.
